These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Forms App ("we", "our", "the app") governing your access to and use of the app. By downloading, signing in to, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the app. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Using the App
Forms App lets you create, edit, preview, publish, and view responses for real Google Forms directly from your device, using your own Google account and Google's official Forms and Drive APIs. You must sign in with a Google account and grant the specific permissions the app requests, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app is an independent, third-party tool and is not created, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Google LLC. "Google Forms," "Google Drive," and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials
- All activity that happens through the app while signed in to your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account, to the extent it relates to the app
4. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or internal use. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the app, except where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Create forms for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing purposes, or that infringe on the rights of others
- Violate Google's own policies for Forms, Drive, or Google Account use, including the Google API Services User Data Policy
- Attempt to access another user's data without authorization, or interfere with, disrupt, or overload the app or its underlying services
- Collect personal information from form respondents without a lawful basis or without informing them appropriately
- Reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the app
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the app outside of normal use
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the forms, questions, options, and content you create. We do not claim ownership of your content; we only store and display it so you can use the app. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content, and for obtaining any necessary consents from people who respond to your forms.
7. Intellectual Property
The app's design, code, logos, and branding (excluding your content and excluding Google's own trademarks/services) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The app relies on Google services (Sign-In, Forms, Drive, Firebase) to function. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or limitations in Google's services that may affect the app's functionality, including features that Google's public API does not fully support (some advanced settings shown in the app may only be stored locally and not enforced by Google Forms itself, as explained in-app).
9. Subscriptions & Payments
The app offers an optional Premium subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) that unlocks unlimited forms and questions, exclusive form themes, removal of app branding, response export, and priority support. Premium is billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Google Play Store's subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to Google Play's own refund policy, not by us directly.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and working correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued over time, with or without notice.
11. Disclaimer / No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that every feature of Google Forms is or will be fully replicated or supported within the app.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from use of the app, including loss of data stored in your Google Account.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party in connection with forms you create or responses you collect.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app and request deletion of your data at any time by signing out and revoking the app's access from your Google Account settings.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us before pursuing formal proceedings.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
