This is the official homepage for Forms App : Build & Manage, an Android application. Forms App : Build & Manage lets you create, edit, preview, publish, and manage real Google Forms — and view the responses submitted to them — directly from your Android phone, by signing in with your own Google Account and using Google's official Forms API and Drive API on your behalf.

Forms App : Build & Manage is a mobile companion for Google Forms. Sign in with your Google account to create new forms from scratch or from a ready-made template, add and organize questions, preview exactly what respondents will see, publish, and review responses — all directly from your Android phone, without opening a browser.

What This App Does:

• Create new forms from scratch ("Your Canvas"), or start from a ready-made template across Personal (Contact Information, Find a Time, RSVP, Party Invite, T-Shirt Sign Up, Event Registration), Work (Event Feedback, Order Form, Job Application, Time Off Request), and Education (Exit Ticket, Assessment, Worksheet, Course Evaluation, Quiz) categories.
• Add different question types — short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, date, time, linear scale, and rating.
• Preview your form exactly as respondents will see it before publishing.
• Publish forms so they're live and ready to accept responses.
• View and manage responses — see a summary, a full list, or go through responses one at a time.
• Get a push notification the moment someone submits a new response to one of your forms.
• See and manage every Google Form in your account, including ones you created outside this app, all from one "All Forms" list.
• Star your most-used forms for quick access, and see forms others have shared with you under "Shared With Me".
• Delete a form to the Bin and restore it later, or delete it permanently — deleted items stay in the Bin until you decide.
• Duplicate or share any form's link directly from the app.
• Customize each form's theme color, and control settings like whether the form is accepting responses or collecting email addresses.
• Invite collaborators to a form as editors.
• Use the app in 10 languages, including English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.
• Optional Premium plan: unlimited forms & questions, exclusive form themes, response export, and priority support.
